Our LDV Van Centre offers both new and factory approved quality used vans, tippers, dropsides and the award winning minibuses, usually from stock and always at highly competetive prices.

Amongst other facilities are: -

Hire Purchase.

Offering the customer the benefits of ownership, whilst deferring the costs. After a negotiable initial payment, payments can be spread over two, three, four or even five years to reflect the period which best suits your specific needs.

Hire Purchase is treated for tax purposes as if you are the owner from day one, so you can enjoy the full benefit of writing down allowances as well as interest relief.

VAT is normally paid with the deposit and is reclaimable by VAT registered companies.

Leasing.

With Leasing you pay monthly rentals which can be offset against tax, as can the VAT payable on the rentals. Initial payments are normally three or six months, but can be negotiated as low as one month.

Up to five years is available and after the primary period is finished you have the option of continuing to rent at a nominal annual rental or the vehicle can be sold and you will receive the benefit of the sale proceeds in full.

Lease Purchase.

Lease Purchase offers the benefits of hire purchase, but the payments are on monthly rental pattern, rather than a lump sum deposit. The initial payment is the equivalent of three or six month’s payments (plus the VAT in full) and there is no VAT on the subsequent payments.

Contract Hire.

Contract Hire offers the benefit of "fixed cost" vehicle use. The vehicle is operated on a fixed term contract (usually 3-5 years and over a specified mileage) during which time the user pays a fixed monthly rental which includes not only vehicle provision, but also repair and maintenance and road fund license.

The only additional cost to the user is fuel, accident repairs plus insurance.

At the end of the period the vehicle is returned to the Contract Hire Company (in accordance with a pre-determined set of Return Vehicle Conditions) for disposal.

All financial risks associated with vehicle disposal and unexpected mechanical problems are borne by the Contract Hire Company. Flexibility to meet your requirements is both LDV’s and LDV Finance’s objective and we would be happy to discuss your particular needs with you.
